1Description of Service

Hire Matrix AI is a recruitment platform that uses AI-based matching to connect job postings with candidate profiles, and enables users to send candidate-match emails to companies, optionally from their own connected Gmail account.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account, and keep it up to date.

3Subscription Plans & Payment

• The Service offers free and premium (paid) plans, billed monthly or yearly.
• Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider, Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hirematrixai.io@gmail.com and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with prior notice to active subscribers.

4Your Content & Data

• You retain ownership of the resumes, candidate data, and job postings you upload (“Your Content”).
• You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and process Your Content through the Service, including any candidate personal data.
• You grant us a limited license to use Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service (e.g., AI matching, sending emails you initiate).

5Optional Gmail Connection

The Service offers an optional feature allowing you to connect your own Gmail account so that candidate-match emails are sent from your address instead of our shared account. By connecting your Gmail account, you authorize us to send email on your behalf using the Gmail API, strictly as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect this at any time from your account settings or your Google Account permissions page. Your use of this feature must also comply with Google's own applicable terms.

6Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send unsolicited, misleading, or unlawful communications (including through the Gmail connection feature).
• Upload candidate or company data you do not have lawful rights or consent to process.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or third party's rights.

7Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers, including Razorpay (payments), Firebase (notifications), Google (Gmail API, sign-in), and AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) for match analysis. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' own terms where applicable.

8Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by LeopardRuns Innovation & Technology and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

9Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated matches are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular hiring decision.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeopardRuns Innovation & Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

12Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.

13Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
